As this vessel prior to my 14 month period was more like on a Disney World 3 month rotational service schedule for engineers, critical maintenance during some periods suffered.

This further enhanced the idea in always blaming the next engineer for everything that goes wrong afterwards. As such I’ll mention crew member qualification and prior marine, or related background, so armatures and the owner need to look to where the real problems stems from, so that they no longer have the option in giving professionals a bad rap.

Proper maintenance is not to be taken lightly as not only the longevity of the vessel is at stake, but also the salability, especially at a fantasy price.
